Hi friends
               Lying on bed ,gave me pleasure making quilled rakhi's .I am enjoying lot and quilled 150 rakh's ,not willing to stop ,but I think i have to stop now .Its huge quantity,sufficient for all members.Hmmmm one thing you all may have noticed all designs are tight coils ,but beautiful ........aren't they.They r easy to do while lying .Here are some pics.

SOME RAKHI'S and A VINTAGE RAKHI

Hi Friends.we all know rakhi (raksha bandhan) is coming ,and this time I am not going to purchase a single Rakhi from market .I will make them.I know I have to make many, as  at my mumma's home, we live in joint family .According to custom at my mom's house ,we not only tie Rakhi to our brother ,but to all gents in family.My daughter will also do the same ,so can you guess how many Rakhi's ,I have to make..................50+some extra,but not to worry now I have shredder,I started making Rakhi's. I saw challenge HERE........Plz click to see challenge.I made one rakhi for challenge also.I will make more in same manner.All rakhi's i will make by quilling.Here are pic.

I stiched jute and red anchor thread on dull golden ribbon,to create base of  Rakhi and it goes well with challenge demand .  Hope you all liked,waiting for your wonderful comments

B'DAY EXPLOSION BOX

Hi friends
             Today is B'day of my dear nieceMAHIKA,who is today 6 years old,and happiest thing with that is she is in India.Yesterday I sat down from 8 pm to 12pm,to make this explosion box.She is in love with kitty,so I decided to make card using her favourite character and her favourite colour is pink,but,here is change She is blessed with brother who is 4 month olds ,so now a days cutie pie says""pink pink is over ,its blue time ,I too love blue""so , I made box in combination of blue and pink.Here are pics.

RECYCLED WATCH BOX

Hi friends.t I kept myself too busy . I made two things ,a card and a box.Here I am posting pics of box.It was quiet easy making it. I bought some new dies from shalini mittal .She is awesome crafter and store owner .You can get everything a crafter needs in her store.here are pics of box.

 Top of box i decorated with glitter fancy flourish,handmade flower,feather

Sides of box ,i decorated with sunbrust punch from fiskers,button made of foam glitter.

Free handmade flower ,coloured it with refill of sketch pen.

TENT CARD-

Hi friends
I am very happy my Brother ,Sister in law ,their two kids arrived from USA for 2 month.my nephew is just four month old , arriving first time at his grandpaa's home ,so i made a welcome home card for him.Yesterday was good day.I am quite well and created two things ,this card.........TENT CARD(keeping in mind ICR challenge),and recycled a box.Here is a card I created .It came out very good as I thought .All the things used in this card you can get from our crafter and store owner friend shalini mittal.the things I got required in this are-

Tilda image ,I coloured with fabercastle water colour pencil.

Welcome home I typed and got printed,oval diecut I distressed with my own style (sketch pen refill).Kept the edges unglued,and added glitter.

SCRAP BOOK PAGE 7for ISICR7

Hi frndz .Hope all were chilling with awesome atmosphere every where .Great time for crafting with rain.I am not well (every body knows -sorry to say again n again,can't talk ,so ,every time i write..very bad of me.).I made scrap page for ICR.We were asked to use no DP background,so I created my backgroung with hard net cloth and velvet cloth.Hope you all will like it . Waiting for cheer n sorrow on my face(uer comments).Here are pics.

My scrap page.I chose steel grey velvet strips and flower, as i recall all over the glass cabin on top of tower from where bungy jumping is done.Net background for transpercy.Red stones to be daring enough to be there.velvet flowers are handmade.
